Ray Alan Warren

Ray Alan Warren, of Danville, VA, passed away on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at the age of 66.

Ray was born in Danville, VA, on August 22, 1958, a son of the late Wallace Reid Warren and Dorothy Lee Johnson Warren.

Ray was a talented interior decorator. His passion for creating inviting spaces was matched only by his love for cooking. A devoted animal lover, Ray shared a special bond with his beloved dog, Suzzie. His home was always spotless and well decorated.

Ray is survived by Colin "Sonny" Bowen; his brother, Mike Warren and his wife, Tammy; and his nephew, Matthew Warren. He was preceded in death by his parents.

A memorial service will be held at Townes Funeral Home on Friday, June 6, 2025, at 11:00 AM. A visitation will be held from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM.

In honor of Ray's love for animals, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Danville Humane Society in lieu of flowers.
