Penny Arrington Rush, 73, passed away on August 4, 2025.
Penny was born on July 9, 1952, to the late Cedric and Ruby Arrington.
Penny was a very talented pianist. Penny was also a busy body and loved to stay busy.
She is survived by her daughter Twila Michelle Wallace, grandson Prince Cedric Arrington, beloved dog Sweet Pea, brother Earl D. Arrington and best friend since grade school Donna Tuck Clark.
In honor of Penny’s wishes there are no services scheduled.
