Jerry L Collins, 55, of Providence NC passed away on June 2, 2014. He is survived by two daughters, Tubble Cardwell and Genie Cook, and 5 grandchildren. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, June 10 at 6pm at Friendship Baptist Church, 486 Stephens St., Danville VA. The family will be at 250 Walters Mill Rd, Providence, NC. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to family.
