Isabel Neal

Isabel Neal or “Izzy” as she was known crossed the Rainbow Bridge on Friday, August 8, 2025, with the family that loved her so much by her side.

Izzy Girl was found as a puppy by Chris & Rebecca Neal at Barker Funeral Home in the rain lying next to the building. It was from that moment she knew she was destined for great things as her first car ride was in a Cadillac. She made several trips with her dad to work at Barker, Wrenn-Yeatts and Bachelors Hall Fire Dept, also going to the beach several times and one trip to Florida. For years her night routine was sleeping with Rebecca. Any time asked to go for a ride she would run to the door barking with her tail wagging. Her last remaining years were spent in the Vandola Community where she would get the zoomies and run in the backyard, get in the neighbor’s scrap food pile and the occasional getting sprayed by a Skunk. Her life was peaceful, until two Pups showed up named Storm and Buddy and drove her nuts till, she snapped at them, and they’d stop.

Survivors include her loving family, Chris, April and Rebecca Neal. Her two Nana’s, and her furry brothers, Storm and Buddy.

She was predeceased by her fur brother, Gus.
