Ina Idella Inman Richmond

Ina Idella Inman Allen Richmond, 101 years old, formerly of Danville, VA, passed away on April 26, 2026.

Born on March 15, 1925, in Danville VA, she was the daughter of the late Wesley Robertson Inman and Myrtle Lee Wall Inman. She was married to the late Thomas H. Allen, Sr. and the late Lonnie P. Richmond. In addition to her parents and husbands, she was predeceased by her brother, Maynard Lee Inman, her sister, Martha Ann Inman Edwards, granddaughter, Amie Leigh Mann Cotton and great grandson Parker Thomas Allen.

Mrs. Richmond is survived by her daughters, Victoria Allen Hester, Saunders (Lee) Allen Lester, Ina Dell Allen Mundy and her son Thomas H. Allen, Jr. (Michael); 10 grandchildren; Mark Mousa, Rachel Mousa Langley, Sarah Mousa Burke, Tracy Mann Turlington, Mary Beth Allen Arnold, Thomas H. Allen, III, John W. Allen, Blair Mundy Manning, Libby Mundy Scott, 19 great grandchildren, 3 great, great, children and 4 step grand children and their families.

Her family would like to acknowledge and offer their deepest thanks to her caregivers at Kings Grant and Rebecca Carter of Danville, VA.
