Cathy L. Epps passed away on May 20, 2025.
Cathy was born June 14, 1954, to the late Edward Carter and Jane Carter.
She is predeceased by her brother Eddie Carter.
Cathy is survived by her husband, Randy Epps; her children, Michael Steve Sims Jr., Jessica Brooke Epps, and Eddie Lee Epps; four grandsons; and one granddaughter.
Cathy was of the Baptist faith.
A memorial service will be held Thursday May 29, 2025 2:00pm at Townes Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:00 until 2:00pm. Inurnment will follow the service at Highland Burial Park.
